I decided to critique Alain Czaykowsky's art piece. When I look at his art piece the main thing the sticks to my eye is the horse and horse rider in the middle of the picture. I think it sticks out because of the way it's just there. What takes my eye to different places are the objects that he has all over the picture. The feeling I get when I look at this picture is a way of culture if that's a way to say it, to me culture has it's unique feeling to it feeling more like freedom because of how rase has gone everywhere in the world today. If I could name this art piece I think I would name it cultures in one. I think that the color was used fine to describe what the textures are like. The colors to me mean like as I have said before a way of freedom and how life has gone a long way. I think that Alain chose to do this to show off what he has in hisself for one thing but to also represent the culture in his blood. Overall I think that Alain's art piece was good and that he tried his best at what he wanted to do.

Favorite Daily Object Scetch

I liked these daily scetches because they are all baced off of real apples or they are from my creative side as I would call them.
I liked these daily scetches because it kept us active each week and it gave us something to do. I'm glad we were assigned these because it kept us creative and made us think of more ways to create one objeoct.
Favorate Art Journals

These were my favorate art Journals because they were on my creative side and I knew exactly what to do for that project when I was assigned it. It was like I knew what to do before I did it.
I did like how we did the Art Journals because even though they took time to do they showed what we were capable of doing. It showed our artistic side and it kept us working.

Who Am I?
Pictures:

1 - Project Sketches
2 - Picture Recreated (Original Picture/Photo)
3 - Half Way Sketch
4 - Finished Photo
The name I would give my artpiece would need to be Drifting Away.

I am Italian and what drew the picture into my attention my parents. I asked them what they thought I should do and it came out as that. I am half Italian and the other half is a bunch of other things that I am unsure of. My Italian comes from my father when the other parts come from my mother. I have always wanted to go to Italy but who knows, I might get a chance in the future. I made this artwork because it shows us that we are all sinners but yet still connected with God. I was planning on creating the whole picture until I had messed up and I found myself attempting the picture again on the other side. When I messed up on the other side I lifted up the drawing and I saw the two pictures opposite from each other and I felt that that had another meaning to it. Like drifting from God even though we are still connected with him. That's why I did that art like that. I tried using a simulated texture in the artwork but I don't think it ended up how I wanted it too. I used shade for my picture because my original play was to sketch it. It was done in pencil so it didn't really have color in it. I would say tat the picture is harmony but it could be something else. The whole picture was a 2D picture with the slight feeling of something drifting away. Line was used everywhere because it is what would be called a sketch, it uses a lot of character in it I believe.

Art Critique
The name of the artist is Alain Czaykowsky, he recreated a art piece called "Owl Picture" by Valtteri Laine. I don't think that "Owl Picture" is the name of the painting but it is what he has on schoology.
I feel like the leaf is the part that sticks out the most in this painting because it is the only green color in the picture that just makes your eyes go there a couple times as soon as you look at it.
The wings on the Owl is what takes my eyes from side to side on the picture, their right in the middle and it is easy to see as soon as you see the picture.
The feeling I get when I look at this picture is that someone is always watching after us and not in a bad way. Just to have a Owl with its wings out will take you into a feeling of safety.
If I could give a name to this painting I think I would give it the title "Watchful Eye" because of the feeling of being safe, and the feeling that someone is always watching after you.
The colors were used wisely in this picture, from the outline of the owl to the sun in the sky the color represented different moods that would take the viewer to see the picture in different ways.
I think that the artist that recreated this art piece did it just because he saw something in the original art piece that had drown him to want to recreate it. Overall I think that the picture was very well done. For a art piece that used technique I think that the art piece looks great!

Recreating Art project artist statement
The picture that I drew was Starry Night by Vincent van Gogh. Vincent van Gogh was a painter that painted because it was his life, he couldn't imagine a world without pictures or anything like that. Starry Night was a picture that showed a big tree with a small town and stars. Vincent died for his love of art. The painting is still famous today.
I picked this picture to recreate because it was something that I could work with. The painting is a picture that won't be forgotten. Many artist try to take things/techniques from the painting. I also felt like the color in the picture has a meaning that could be used for quite something so I was able to put some of that to my advantage. The painting was something that I was able to use. When I was making the painting I originally thought that using color pencils and paint. I had changed my mind and used just color pencils because of the detail that I had put in. I had drawn everything first to get some detail in. I was looking for more darker colors to go along with the picture but I could only fine light ones, I then just went along with the light ones. This is how I created my re-creation picture.
